Home owner called looking for a Denver roofer to inspect a roof leak. Went out and it turned into a full roof evaluation. We discovered the source of the leak was not the roof but the sliding glass door.
Home owner called in to office looking for an expert in flat, TPO roofs. He said he thought there was a leak coming that other roofers couldn’t locate. We went up and located an opening at the seem. We made the roof repair with TPO detail membrane to seal up the seem.
Homeowner called looking for a Denver roofer with knowledge of TPO roofs. They needed help with a leak on their deck that has a TPO roof under it. We removed some decking and located a screw that had pierced the membrane. Over time the water made it through the decking and into the interior. We performed a roof repair utilizing new TPO roofing material.
Customer called looking for a commercial roofing contractor in Denver. We bid and won the roofing portion of the project. Finishing up an EPDM install on new townhouses.
New Line Roofing was contacted by a Denver Realtor looking for a Denver roofing contractor to inspect a leaky tile residential roof. We arrived and upon inspection found a tile roof with multiple layers and hail damage to the metal coping cap and gutters. Repair agreement is signed and inspection are forthcoming once we get some decent weather.
Building owner called looking to have some leaks investigated on his commercial property. We found an EPDM roof system and some fish mouths at some seams. Repaired the EPDM roof to stop the leaks. Then it started snowing.
Real Estate agent we do a lot of work for called and asked me to inspect their person home for hail damage. The asphalt shingles and standing seam roofs were all damaged. We were present during the insurance inspection and helped manage the claim. Tomorrow we roof. Today we cover the material from weather.
Client needed a new roof. We installed a new OC Duration shingle roof and tied it in the flat TPO roof.
Customer called stating she had a roof leak. Came out for a complimentary roof inspection. We found a TPO roof that had been installed properly. Advised homeowner that the source of leak was not associated with the roof.
Customer had an old BUR roof that was in failure mode. We tore off the old roof and installed a new Versico TPO roof with ISO. We are doing our final QC inspection.
Real estate customer called asking for us to verify hail damage that came up at home inspection. We inspected and did in fact find hail damage. We meet the insurance adjuster and guided the home seller through the claims process. Today the seller and new owner get a new roof.
Called out to in investigate a leak on a TPO roof. Found this 2 inch cold weld. Sealed opening with new membrane utilizing a leister heat gun.
Called to investigate a leak. Discovered roof covered with snow. Snow infiltrated the vents as it melted.
