A restaurant owner called in to New Line Roofing looking for a commercial roofing contractor to inspect their leaky flat TPO roof. Upon inspection we found that there was an original built up roof (BUR) that had been recovered with a TPO. About 25% of the details were improperly installed and the source of the ongoing leaks. Owner asked for us to provide the cost for a new roof. We did and were awarded the job. New Line Roofing installed a new Versico 60 ml TPO commercial roof in white with a full taper system drain water to the gutters.
Home owner called in looking for a Denver residential roofing contractor to inspect their asphalt shingled roof. Upon inspection we found there to be substantial hail damage. We worked with the home owners insurance carrier to get the roof replaced. We finally installed with a GAF Timberline HD shingle in Weather Wood. Roof looks great!
Property manager called in to the office looking for a commercial roofing contractor in Denver to take a look at a roof the manage for a local HOA. Homeowners in several of the apartments have been experiencing leaks. We provided a no obligation, free inspection and free roof evaluation report. We found 3 curbs in need of restoration. They signed with New Line Roofing to do the repairs. We will be making the repairs to the apartment by prepping the surface, removing anything wet and or deteriorated and then reinstalling the curb flashings. All repairs will be warranted to be free from leaks.
Home owner called in looking for a Denver residential roofing contractor to perform a preexisting roof inspection. We went up on the roof and what did we find...lots of hail damage and wind damage. We worked with the insurance company and were able to get the roof replaced. We installed a GAF Timberline HD roof in Mission Brown.
A real estate company we do a lot of work for called in asking us to inspect a roof prior to closing. Upon inspection, we found hail damage on all the asphalt shingles through out the roof. We worked with the insurance company to provide them everything they need. Insurance ended up covering the reroof. We just finished the installation. We installed a GAF Timberline roofing system in Barkwood.
Home owner called in to New Line Roofing looking for a residential roofing contractor in Denver to inspect a suspected roof leak. We went out after a before an upcoming snow storm and walked the asphalt shingled roof. We discovered that the source of the leak was not the roof itself but most likely the gutters. The gutters were too small to handle all the water coming off the steep roof. So, we removed the existing 5" gutter and installed new 6" gutters in that area. Gutters worked perfectly after a recent snow storm.
A commercial property manager called in to New Line Roofing looking for a commercial roofing contractor to reroof their facility. We provided a no cost roof evaluation, built our estimate, and after some negotiations, we installed the roof. Scope of work was a full tear off of the ballasted EPDM roof and installation of a mechanically attached 60 ml TPO roof system from Versico. We also installed a tapered insulation system, Versico polyiso, to help with water flow.
Commercial property management company called in looking for a Denver commercial roofing company to inspect a flat EPDM roof for leaks. We located several curb flashings that opened up. We made the correct EPDM repair. Property manager and tenant are happy.
Homeowner called in to New Line Roofing, looking for a Denver roofing contractor, to investigate a leak. We came out to provide a free roof inspection. We found the leak. The house was having some ice damming. Because there was no ice and water, the snow/ice was getting underneath the asphalt felt and coming in to the home. We removed some GAF Timberline shingles, added Ice and Water and reshingled the area. Roof repaired.

Home owner called in to office looking for an expert in flat, TPO roofs. He said he thought there was a leak coming that other roofers couldn’t locate. We went up and located an opening at the seem. We made the roof repair with TPO detail membrane to seal up the seem.
Homeowner called looking for a Denver roofer with knowledge of TPO roofs. They needed help with a leak on their deck that has a TPO roof under it. We removed some decking and located a screw that had pierced the membrane. Over time the water made it through the decking and into the interior. We performed a roof repair utilizing new TPO roofing material.
Customer called looking for a commercial roofing contractor in Denver. We bid and won the roofing portion of the project. Finishing up an EPDM install on new townhouses.
New Line Roofing was contacted by a Denver Realtor looking for a Denver roofing contractor to inspect a leaky tile residential roof. We arrived and upon inspection found a tile roof with multiple layers and hail damage to the metal coping cap and gutters. Repair agreement is signed and inspection are forthcoming once we get some decent weather.
Building owner called looking to have some leaks investigated on his commercial property. We found an EPDM roof system and some fish mouths at some seams. Repaired the EPDM roof to stop the leaks. Then it started snowing.
Real Estate agent we do a lot of work for called and asked me to inspect their person home for hail damage. The asphalt shingles and standing seam roofs were all damaged. We were present during the insurance inspection and helped manage the claim. Tomorrow we roof. Today we cover the material from weather.
Client needed a new roof. We installed a new OC Duration shingle roof and tied it in the flat TPO roof.
